- organic baby greens with caramelized pears, roasted hazelnuts with a thyme blueberry vinaigrette
- roasted beet, asparagus and pumpkin seed salad with orange vinaigrette

- orange & soya marinated grilled tofu with fresh fruit salsa
- vegetable pave with tofu (thin layers of vegetables with thyme and lemon)
- whole wheat puttanesca pasta (olives, capers, tomatoes)
- roasted yams with summer peas and wilted spinach
