While chef Donnie may not be a vegan or vegetarian, he respects their beliefs and feels they too should have great food at their wedding.

Vegetarian/Vegan Buffets start at $25.95 per person

warm dinner rolls and margarine florets

salads:

  • quinoa salad with corn, cilantro, red onion with lemon lime vinaigrette
  • organic baby greens with caramelized pears, roasted hazelnuts with a thyme blueberry vinaigrette
  • roasted beet, asparagus and pumpkin seed salad with orange vinaigrette

entrees:

  • orange & soya marinated grilled tofu with fresh fruit salsa
  • vegetable pave with tofu (thin layers of vegetables with thyme and lemon)
  • whole wheat puttanesca pasta (olives, capers, tomatoes)
  • roasted yams with summer peas and wilted spinach

Servers, bartenders, table, flatware and linen rentals all availabe at additional charge
